This website is made for children. It collects no data about children, shows no advertising and uses no trackers.

Data collected

The only data collected is the email address of a parent or adult who voluntarily signs up to the newsletter in the Parents’ corner. No other information is requested.

Purpose and legal basis

The address is only used to announce new episodes and coloring pages. Legal basis: your consent, confirmed by a double opt-in email.

Service provider

Sign-ups are handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which hosts the data in the European Union. The website itself stores no addresses.

Retention period

The address is kept until you unsubscribe (a link is included in every email), and deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact without activity.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to welcome@lespoloites.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on the website itself. The display language is chosen from your browser settings, without storing anything.

YouTube videos

Videos only load when you press the play button. At that point, the video is served by YouTube (Google) in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com), which may still set cookies or use browser storage. Before that click, no connection is made to the YouTube player.

Shop

The Poloïtes shop is hosted by Spreadshop (link in the Parents' corner). When you go there, you leave this website and Spreadshop’s privacy policy applies.
